Today is 5/01/2016. I must update my review with this location. I have an addiction for fresh subs and Jersey Mikes is my go to spot. From the first time this location opened up, they did not have personnel trained properly. Now they do! I frequent there a few times a week and they actually hired and trained people very well now. Of course this is my go to spot as it is so close to my residence. The new staff are so friendly and nice. Anytime you are looking for a freshly made sub, their subs are very delicious. Again, I love this location now ;)

This is not our first time visiting this location and every time has been awesome. I get the Philly Cheesesteak with the mushrooms. Its loaded with meat and flavor! Tons of cheese too! Service has been great and food comes out pretty fast. Going back soon...

I love the flavor they bring to these sandwiches and they attitudes/customer service. Great people. Not much to write. Great service, subs and cheese steak. They need to offer cheese wiz on the cheese steaks like Pats and Genos in South Philly. Amaroso rolls would be nice.

Once you eat at Jersey Mikes you won't eat a sub anywhere else. My fav is the big kahuna cheese steak but everything u have had had been great. I call ahead to avoid a wait.

Finally had the chance to try this location. I'm glad I did. The staff is friendly, the line moves fast, and the sandwiches have been very consistent every time I've stopped here. They will continue to get my business and I love the Big Kahuna

Love coming to this location. The owners are very friendly, knowledgable and have a wonderful memory of the customers who visit this store. The cheesesteaks i get are amazinggggg and they are the only place I will order one from.

This restaurant is still pretty new (open a few weeks). It's clear some of the employees are still getting used to their jobs (a little confusion about exactly what goes on each sub, not sure how to enter coupons, etc) but everyone is very nice. Just like other locations, the food is super fresh and tasty (the bread is awesome). They share a very small parking lot with Tijuana Flats but the food is great. Join their email club for a coupon for a free sub and drink on your birthday!

The sandwiches are okay...they skimp on the meat. My main review is on the staff...one person in particular. We ordered sandwiches and salads online and were told the order would be ready at a certain time. Left the house 10mins before to get order...got there and had to wait another 30mins because they were serving a school function. When our order finally came up...they did not chop the salads as asked. The person who handled us the order was applogetic and willing to do but some blond guy behind the counter stopped him and told us they were busy and to do it ourselves!! I thought this was extremely RUDE of whoever this young man was! I deserve prompt service as well as the horde of people he was serving. Advise to the management...screen your employees for courtesy and politeness! This store has just LOST my patronage...I will take my business elsewhere.
